Dr. Daniel Höltgen is Director of Communications at the Council of Europe. He was previously Special Representative on antisemitism, anti-Muslim racism and other forms of religious intolerance and worked in senior positions for the German government and European Union. Daniel is British and German. He is a graduate of the Catholic school of journalism in Munich (IFP) and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge.
